1.-  Conectar el movil prendido hasta que instale los drivers 

2.- Ejecutar nck dongle Descargar

3.- Elegir la marca y modelo del telefono

4.-  ir al pestaña service

5.- click en reset FRP 

6.- saldra un mensaje marcar si 

7.- despues pedira conectar el celular sin bateria 

8.- sacar la bateria y ponerla y conectarla 

Nota:el celular debe estar apagado
